On August 1 of each year an annual dues statement and cover letter is sent to each property owner either by email or using the US postal service. This statement indicates the owner’s dues for the year and asks that the payment be made by Sept 30 of that year.

Ways to Pay Your Annual Dues
Historically these dues are paid by sending a check to HCPOA Inc, PO Box 849, Moneta, Virginia 24121. However as technology has advanced considerably over the past few years another option is available.
If you would like the convenience of an online payment or wish to put your dues on a credit card please consider the PayPal option below. Note that a 3% fee is added to cover the PayPal transaction expense. Detailed instructions can be found at the bottom of this page.
Just select your lot type, enter your Statement # then press “Add to cart”. If you have multiple lots you can add each lot to the cart. When finished select the “Checkout” button on the PayPal page, enter your payment information and you are done. No checks, no post office, no hassle.
Owners with a PayPal account linked to their bank can do a “Friends and Family” bank transfer to PayPal ID “treasurer@HickoryCovepoa.org” for the face value of their statement. (No added fees) Be sure to do it directly from PayPal not the PayPal checkout below.
Please note: Using PayPal is optional. Payment by check/cash is perfectly acceptable for anyone not comfortable with the process or the added fees.
